I went to Salt Lake City and got new carving tools!!! 

I can't wait to try them out!

Also for work got this new Ceramics book, Now my students can get some amazing ideas for there ceramic projects! It's a great book!

Spring is here!

Spring is here and that means I get to work in the studio more. Warmer weather is always better!

Up Date

So I have been doing a lot this month, I have been working on a lot of new prints and playing around with drawing and watercolor again. I just put up my art in the Crepery in Logan. Sold some prints. (all ways good) and planing on new ideas for new woodcuts. I'm working on getting stuff back up on etsy for sell. work work work and I'm eating it up!

Dreams

I have a dream about how i was walking in a sepia world. as I was walking down a path all these big monsters started to hover over my head they got bigger and bigger. 

It was so real, that I know when I woke up I had to paint them! 

I love dreams like that!!

Printmaking, The Three Bears, Tick Tock

I have been carving like crazy lately and now I can show you what I have been working on!!

In the Class Room, The Dot.

In class we watched a short story called The Dot by Peter H. Reynolds,

It is a great book and story, I got the short movie/story at my library. It's about a young girl in art class and a dot that she draws. You should go out and read it, It's very fun. 

After watching the story we all painted or drew diffident dots.

It was a fun art project, I took photo's of what some of the dots that my girls painted and so on.
