Blind Contour Lines

For those who are new to my blog I teach art to teenage girls and I like to share what kind of things we work on. 

This week we worked on blind contour lines. If you a not familiar with blind contour line let me  explain, You draw with out looking at your paper and you don't lift up your pin it's all one continuous line. Sometime it doesn't even look like what you are drawing but hey that's the fun of it!!

here are some of my drawings that I did. You will notice that I colored in the faces of the girl to give them more depth.
